Two options are available:
Quick ROI – provides a quick savings estimate. Based on the managed services selected, assumptions are made about which benefits to include. The value of those benefits is calculated from user inputs, plus default figures from CompTIA research with SMBs.
Custom ROI – allows you to customize the ROI analysis. The user can specify in more detail which managed services, and which benefits, to include. In calculating the value of benefits, the user has access to default values from CompTIA research, but can over-ride them if they choose to.
