Revenues and profits have steadily grown to the point where it now operates 10 facilities in New England, with more than 250 employees and numerous contractors. But with its increased revenues and profits came the inevitable growth in technology requirements to support its employees and business operations: More servers, more PCs and more network infrastructure. The customer decided to have Jenaly Technology Group take on more of the overall IT management role, thus helping him and his staff spend far less time on IT management and stay focused on the core business functions.
